Who operates the portal

The portal is operated by TITAN LIMITED, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. TITAN LIMITED is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

Information we process

We process only the information reasonably needed to operate and protect this private fundraising portal:

• your email address and, where supplied, your name, company, referral source and access request note;
• invitation, email confirmation, sign in and sign out records, session times and browser user agent;
• pages visited, buttons and contact links selected, and active time within the portal;
• deck opens, pages viewed, progress and completion; and
• dataroom requests and, if released later, document opens.

We do not record keystrokes, email contents, document contents, raw IP addresses or device fingerprints. Network information may be converted into a one way identifier for short term abuse prevention, but the original network address is not stored in the portal database.

Why we use it

Information is used to confirm and administer access, protect confidential materials, understand engagement with the fundraising presentation, respond to investor and dataroom requests, support investor relations, and maintain an auditable security record. It is not used for consumer advertising or sold as personal data.

Who can see it

Individual activity is not public. It is available only to authorised TITAN LIMITED owners and team members involved in the fundraise. If an approved fundraising or investor relations partner introduced you, that partner may see activity for the investors attributed to their own relationship, but not activity belonging to another partner.

Carefully selected infrastructure providers process data only as needed to run the portal. These currently include Supabase for the private database and file storage, Vercel for hosting, Resend for access email and, when enabled, Segment for a server side analytics mirror. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights and portal security.

Your acknowledgement and choice

Access is conditional on accepting these Portal Terms and acknowledging the activity recording described here. You may ask us to stop future processing or close your portal access by contacting us. Certain access, security and legal audit records may need to be retained, and withdrawing from activity recording may mean that we can no longer provide access to the private portal.

Retention and international handling

Records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the fundraise, the resulting investor relationship, portal security and applicable legal obligations. They are then deleted or anonymised. Because the portal uses international infrastructure providers, information may be processed outside the British Virgin Islands with contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.

Your privacy requests

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction, object to or restrict particular processing, or request deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Write to admin@edel.finance.

Portal terms

• Access is personal, invitation only and may not be transferred or shared.
• Materials are confidential. Do not forward, copy, download, photograph, screenshot, record or distribute them without prior written permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, inspect another user’s information or interfere with the portal.
• Information may be updated or withdrawn at any time and is provided without a guarantee that every item is complete or current.
• The portal is not an offer, investment advice or a substitute for independent legal, tax and financial review. Investment involves risk.
• TITAN LIMITED may suspend or terminate access at any time to protect the fundraise, the materials or other users.

These Portal Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. The courts of the British Virgin Islands have jurisdiction over disputes relating to them, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the portal, fundraising process or legal requirements change. A material new version will be presented for acceptance before further portal access.
